With our corporate motto of "Respect the Divine and Love People," "We will provide opportunities for the material and intellectual growth of all our employees, and through our joint effort, we will contribute to the advancement of society and humankind" shall be our management rationale. And as our fundamental management principle, "Along with sincere service, we shall supply products that customers appreciate and these shall be better products at cheaper prices. Moreover, we shall always try to develop new technologies to supply great new products."
For product safety, we will not only simply meet the laws and existing safety standards but also pursue true product safety.
With the aforementioned fundamental policy as the basis, for the quality policy following items shall be the rules and all employees must thoroughly understand and apply these to their activities. For a total communication and understanding of all employees, this quality policy shall be posted.

We will apply the following activities and objectives in order to implement our quality policies:

Give the highest importance to the prevention of defects to achieve product realization. |

We will establish a leading-edge analysis technology and detection technology and apply these for the prevention of defects. |

We will comply to laws and regulations and satisfy customer requirements. |
| 5) |
We will include quality objectives in the business plan, make all our employees understand these and continuously do improvements. |

Considering customer expectations, set the quality objective as zero defect. |
| 7) |
As a result of quality management system activities, set and achieve quality objectives that are measurable and can be accomplished over a specified period of time. |
